White ($4.50 draft, $12 pit)
Belgian style wheat beer spiced with coriander and curacao orange peel 5.0%
Black  ($4.50 draft, $12 pit)
Silky belgian style stout with 2 Row barley, torrified wheat, oats, both roasted and chocolate malt and a generous portion of dark caramelized candi sugar 7.5%
Triple ($5.50 12 oz, $7 pint)
*not available in a pitcher
Strong golden ale marked with notes of passion fruit, banana and honey  9%
* Black and White Blend
Available in pints, an interesting mixture of the white and the black makes for a nice change of pace  $4.50

Four (Belgian style quad)
Brewed with four malts, four sugars, four hop varieties and we ferment it four times, using four different yeast strains to create a complex beer with notes of raisins, candied fruit, and plum 10%

Hugh Malone (Belgian Style IPA)
Floral nose with a fruity dry finish * Allagash donates $1 from every bottle of Hugh Malone sold, to the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (MOFGA), the country's oldest and largest state organic farmer coalition. 7.8%

Fluxus
Latin for continuous change – FLUXUS is brewed with a different receipt each year.  * Fluxus is brewed to help fund a scholarship set up for pediatric nurses at The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital at Maine Medical Center.
